Responsibilities
- Support development and integration of EOIR subsystems and components to meet platform mission objectives
- Requirements development, analysis, maturation, and implementation
- Perform Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and capture requirements
- Conduct functional and performance analyses
- Collaborate with engineers and program stakeholders
- Develop and maintain supplier documentation and performance specifications
- Perform testing of subsystem requirements in the lab and during aircraft ground and flight tests
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 2 years of related experience, or a Master's/Ph.D. with no experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
- Knowledge of EO/IR phenomenology
- Experience with EOIR equipment for airborne platforms
- Familiarity with digital image processing algorithms and model-based systems engineering tools
- Experience with performance analysis using MATLAB or similar tools
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) and supplier management
