Responsibilities
- Support development and integration of EOIR subsystems and components.
- Develop and analyze requirements, translating customer needs into specifications.
- Perform model-based systems engineering and capture requirements.
- Conduct functional and performance analyses and trade studies.
- Collaborate with engineers and program stakeholders.
- Maintain supplier documentation and performance-based specifications.
- Conduct testing of subsystem requirements in the lab and during aircraft ground and flight tests.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline or higher with related experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Knowledge of EO/IR phenomenology.
- Experience with EOIR equipment for airborne platforms.
- Familiarity with model-based systems engineering tools.
- Proficiency in performance analysis using MATLAB and Excel.
- Experience in supplier management and technical evaluations.
