Responsibilities
- Synthesize customer needs into system test solutions, considering technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
- Develop an expert understanding of subsystems and execute system-level verification.
- Collaborate with various disciplines to refine requirements and test methodologies.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software configuration issues related to system functionality.
- Generate test products and automated test scripts for system-level testing.
- Maintain processes for assembly integration and testing of space vehicles.
- Adapt to changing test environments and provide solutions to meet schedule and cost.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in STEM with relevant engineering experience.
- Experience with integration and test campaigns.
- Active DoD Secret security clearance at application time.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret security clearance.
- Preferred experience in manufacturing and spacecraft production processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and technical writing skills.
- Basic programming skills in Python, C, Matlab, or Excel.
