Responsibilities
- Design and develop wiring harness/cable assembly installations for air vehicles.
- Work independently and as part of a multi-disciplined team.
- Collaborate with aircraft structure, equipment installation, hydraulics, and manufacturing teams.
- Facilitate design reviews with stakeholders to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Attend technical exchange meetings and program milestone reviews.
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment with diverse assignments.
- Position may be filled at either Engineer or Principal Engineer level based on qualifications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.
- 2 years of engineering experience for Electro-Mechanical Design Engineer; 5 years for Principal Engineer.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government secret clearance.
- Experience with 3D design tools such as NX, Catia V5, or ProE.
- Preferred experience in wire harness design and routing principles.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
