Responsibilities
- Develop aircraft electrical wiring designs of functional systems.
- Select aircraft-type conductors and electro-mechanical components.
- Design electrical wiring interconnection systems (EWIS) using ECAD software tools.
- Ensure compliance with EMI shielding and separation requirements.
- Work independently and as part of a multi-disciplined team.
- Collaborate in a fast-paced work environment with diverse assignments.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues related to aircraft subsystems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 5 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree and 3 years of experience.
- Active DoD Secret clearance or higher.
- Experience in electrical design of air vehicle systems.
- Familiarity with harness fabrication shops.
- Ability to work under general supervision.
- Experience with military aircraft subsystem development preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
