Responsibilities
- Develop aircraft electrical wiring designs, selecting components in accordance with standards.
- Ensure familiarity with EMI shielding and separation requirements.
- Design electrical wiring interconnection systems using ECAD software tools.
- Collaborate with harness fabrication shops.
- Work independently and as part of a multi-disciplined team.
- Manage diverse assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Troubleshoot issues related to aircraft subsystems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
- 2 years of related electrical engineering experience for Electrical Engineer position.
- 5 years of experience in electrical design for Principal Electrical Engineer position or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
- Preferred experience with military aircraft subsystem development.
- Familiarity with ECAD software tools such as Siemens Capital Harness or Zuken.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work in a team environment.
