The Electrical Engineer/Principal Electrical Engineer role at Northrop Grumman involves designing electrical systems, reviewing documentation for compliance, and developing technical data packages in support of the Sentinel program. • Design electrical systems in accordance with scope of work.
• Evaluate vendor documents for compliance with specifications.
• Review schematics, diagrams, and other engineering documentation.
• Analyze trade studies to evaluate alternative design solutions.
• Develop and present design change requests and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Identify risks and opportunities associated with design factors.
• Collaborate and communicate with multi-functional teams.

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline.
• 2 years of experience for Electrical Engineer or 5 years for Principal Electrical Engineer.
• Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Knowledge of electrical principles and analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and engineering scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with electrical/power systems and design tools.
• Experience with CAD and electrical design tools is preferred.
