Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a diverse team to develop and execute the business strategy.
- Oversee profit and loss leadership across multiple development efforts.
- Develop partnerships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Resolve complex technical challenges and manage program execution.
- Coordinate proposals, capture plans, and financial terms for contracts.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and industry standards.
- Communicate progress and updates to customers and senior leadership.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 15 years or Master’s with 13 years of experience in U.S. Government contracts and project management.
- 10 years of experience in program management tools and leading high-performing teams.
- Experience managing missile or aircraft programs as the Prime Contractor.
- Strong decision-making and communication skills.
- Active Secret clearance or above, with U.S. citizenship required.
- Familiarity with contract negotiations and government acquisition processes.
- Preferred experience with missile system safety and transition from development to production.
