Responsibilities
- Develop I&T test procedures, specifications, and test limits.
- Execute I&T testing, monitor tests per specification, troubleshoot, and document all test activities.
- Support EGSE and flight hardware test/troubleshooting efforts with oversight from senior engineers.
- Escalate test errors per program process and understand when to pause or proceed with testing.
- Coordinate with team leads and managers to complete tasking.
- Travel and support different shifts when required.
- Participate in program review boards and other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
- Requires an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance.
- Ability to learn and integrate new programming languages or software tools.
- Preferred experience with hardware/software testing and test scripting.
- Experience in Electronics troubleshooting and environmental testing is a plus.
- Programming experience with languages like Python is desirable.
- Experience in the Aerospace or Defense industry is advantageous.
