Responsibilities
- Manage technical programs consisting of strategically aligned projects.
- Analyze and resolve complex issues impacting the program or team.
- Collaborate with Nintendo Co., Ltd. and external partners.
- Develop roadmaps and plans for technical projects.
- Lead efforts to define and improve KPIs for programs.
- Produce reports for tracking program health and status.
- Participate in vendor selection and manage relationships.
Job Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience managing technical programs/projects.
- Expertise in embedded product development lifecycles.
- Authority on project management models and methodologies.
- Experience with industry standard project management tools.
- Experience in software development and engineering practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / Agile Certification preferred.
