Responsibilities
- Develop documents defining product assembly and packaging for retail finished goods.
- Review partner quality management systems for product safety and compliance.
- Provide technical support to teams to ensure products meet specifications.
- Conduct performance evaluations of production parts and analyze test results.
- Perform root cause analysis for nonconformance and design corrective actions.
- Design and implement tools to support production operations.
- Provide input for design validation testing of new components and materials.
Job Requirements
- 3 or more years of related engineering experience.
- Experience in an ISO-9001 environment preferred.
- Knowledge of environmental, vibration, and impact stress testing methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of packaging materials and performance testing protocols.
- Electronics testing experience preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer certification preferred.
