Responsibilities
- Develop documents defining product assembly and packaging of retail finished goods.
- Review partner quality management systems for product safety and compliance.
- Provide technical support to ensure products meet specifications.
- Conduct production part performance evaluations and analyze test results.
- Perform root cause analysis and design corrective actions to reduce defects.
- Design, test, and implement tools to support production operations.
- Support management of Corrective Action Request (CAR) initiatives.
Job Requirements
- 3 or more years of related engineering experience.
- Experience within an ISO-9001 environment preferred.
- Knowledge of environmental, vibration, compression, and impact stress testing methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of packaging materials and performance testing protocols.
- Electronics testing experience preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent.
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer certification preferred.
