Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technology roadmap for Power Conversion and eBOS product lines.
- Serve as the primary technical authority for engineering decisions in these domains.
- Lead and mentor a global team of over 40 engineers across various disciplines.
- Ensure all products meet standards for performance, reliability, cost, and scalability.
- Oversee development schedules, budgeting, and risk management for engineering programs.
- Act as the executive engineering representative in customer interactions and industry forums.
- Drive collaboration with external research institutions and certification bodies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field.
- 15+ years of engineering leadership experience in power conversion or electrical systems.
- Proven track record of leading large, globally distributed engineering organizations.
- Deep expertise in inverter design and grid integration.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence across the organization.
- Experience in utility-scale solar or renewable energy environments preferred.
- Passion for renewable energy innovation and scalable engineering execution.
