Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of NTM products.
- Manage all aspects of engineering projects including design accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Create and process engineering documents such as drawings and change notices.
- Debug, test, and document prototype equipment and tooling.
- Support manufacturing with assembly and testing inquiries.
- Perform engineering calculations related to machine design.
- Evaluate designs from other engineering team members and provide feedback.
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in component/machine design.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (Autodesk Inventor preferred).
- Experience with FEA solvers (Ansys, LS-Dyna, Nastran).
- Strong mechanical engineering analysis skills and knowledge of fabrication practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated with a quality-driven mindset.
