Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly, testing, and documentation of robotic components and systems.
- Identify and implement improvements to existing manufacturing workflows.
- Help create and maintain detailed manufacturing work instructions and SOPs.
- Work on the design and fabrication of jigs, fixtures, and production aids.
- Perform in-process quality checks and contribute to failure analysis.
- Collect, analyze, and report on manufacturing data to track KPIs.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure compliance with quality systems.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Passion for hands-on technical work in manufacturing or robotics.
- Strong foundational understanding of physics and mathematics relevant to engineering.
- Detail-oriented and organized in a high-precision environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to commit to a full-time intern schedule.
- Prior hands-on experience in a manufacturing or lab environment is preferred.
