Responsibilities

  • Assist in the assembly, testing, and documentation of robotic components and systems.
  • Identify and implement improvements to existing manufacturing workflows.
  • Help create and maintain manufacturing work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Work on the design and fabrication of jigs, fixtures, and production aids.
  • Perform in-process quality checks and contribute to failure analysis.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on manufacturing data to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure compliance with quality systems.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a closely-related field.
  • Demonstrated passion for hands-on technical work, manufacturing, or robotics.
  • Strong understanding of physics and mathematics relevant to engineering principles.
  • Detail-oriented and organized in a high-precision environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must commit to a full-time intern schedule.
  • Prior hands-on experience in a manufacturing or lab environment is preferred.
