Global Supply Manager

The Global Supply Manager at Neuralink is responsible for managing the commercial strategy and performance of a diverse supplier portfolio, ensuring the right components are sourced for the company's brain interface devices.

• Own end-to-end sourcing strategy for mechanical, electromechanical, electronic, optical, and biocompatible-material commodities.
• Negotiate contracts and manage cost, quality, and delivery with suppliers.
• Drive supplier performance evaluations and corrective actions.
• Manage supplier capacity planning and commitments.
• Conduct supply-risk management and mitigation planning.
• Oversee end-of-life transitions for sourced components.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on manufacturability and cost decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.
• Experience in sourcing and supplier management across multiple categories.
• Hands-on experience with RFI/RFQ/RFP cycles.
• Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with quality management systems.
• Technical literacy to read engineering documents and communicate effectively.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site in specified locations.
