Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for electrical components, translating block diagrams into functional products.
- Serve as the ECAD expert, driving schematic capture and PCB layout in Altium.
- Define and oversee verification, validation, and acceptance testing procedures for hardware.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions for complex engineering challenges.
- Propose and validate system architecture decisions through simulation and analysis.
- Develop and manage project timelines for the electrical development cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure system-level compatibility.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering with a proven track record.
- Expert proficiency in ECAD software, particularly Altium.
- Deep understanding of analog and digital circuit design and power electronics.
- Strong experience with simulation tools (e.g., SPICE) for design validation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage timelines effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
