Responsibilities
- Drive the development and design of PCBs for drones.
- Lead and manage a team of 6+ electrical engineers.
- Oversee workloads and ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to understand constraints.
- Perform component selection and debugging.
- Utilize Altium Designer for schematic design and PCB layout.
- Conduct automated testing and manage production testing.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced startup or manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on leadership experience in building and scaling an electrical engineering team.
- Proficient in full stack electrical product development.
- Strong lab skills including the use of oscilloscopes and VNAs.
- Embedded programming skills on STM platforms.
- Ability to obtain a US top secret security clearance.
- Experience with UAV electronics design is a plus.
