Responsibilities
- Technical troubleshooting and scripting using Python for validation and bug isolation.
- System triage and recovery for robotic clusters, identifying potential error causes.
- Developing and maintaining error tracking systems for trend identification.
- Communicating proactively about cluster issues and status updates to stakeholders.
- Planning daily cluster schedules in alignment with engineering and product teams.
- Managing material workflows to ensure optimal system utilization.
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to coordinate operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software), Robotics, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of professional experience in field engineering or system integration.
- Familiarity with Python for testing and automation scripting.
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting electromechanical systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex schedules in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in laboratory automation or regulated environments is a plus.
