Responsibilities
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary bioassay operations team.
- Oversee execution of critical assay types supporting stability, release, and characterization.
- Define and own key operational metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Implement GxP-ready infrastructure across various workflows.
- Serve as the bioassay and operations lead in the design and launch of the Bioassay CoE.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure project alignment and on-time delivery.
- Develop and implement operating models for GMP and non-GMP testing.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
- 15 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 10 years with a PhD.
- Experience leading bioassay operations and centralized CoE facilities.
- Strong leadership experience across multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in delivering complex capital automation projects in a regulated environment.
- Familiarity with automated lab systems and regulatory expectations.
- Strong track record of cross-functional influence and operational metrics improvement.
