Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and inspiration to the engineering team, aligning with organizational goals.
- Manage planning, delegation, training, and monitoring of the mechanical engineering team.
- Review product designs for compliance with engineering principles and regulatory standards.
- Evaluate and approve design changes and specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on mechanical engineering activities.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with at least 10 years of design experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience in electro-mechanical motion control and structural analysis in a regulated industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
