Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and inspiration to the engineering team.
- Manage the mechanical engineering team, including planning, delegating, and training.
- Review product designs for compliance with engineering principles and standards.
- Evaluate and approve design changes and specifications.
- Plan and execute mechanical engineering activities collaboratively with stakeholders.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 10 years of design experience.
- Experience in electro-mechanical motion control and structural analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.
- Understanding of quality system regulations in a regulated industry.
