Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve deficiencies; develop root cause and corrective action summaries for Incident Reports (IRs) and Non-Conformance reports (NCRs).
- Provide quality assurance support, including creating Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA’s).
- Maintain quality program, procedures, and documents; analyze quality data for improvements.
- Lead internal audits and support ISO 9001 recertification activities.
- Identify and evaluate quality issues and trends; implement improvements to meet quality goals.
- Plan and execute supplier qualification activities, including audits and reviews.
- Prepare/review inspection and test plans and participate in design reviews.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 1 to 3 years of experience with electrical power equipment or energy power.
- Advanced knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and using inspection tools.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CAD software.
- Ability to implement safety improvements and conduct audits.
