Responsibilities
- Support mechanical design, analysis, and testing of complex systems.
- Conduct design and analyses for various engineering projects.
- Integrate and test complex hardware from conceptual design through fabrication.
- Present design concepts to internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Work on challenging problems involving structures, mechanisms, thermal systems, optics, and electronics.
- Travel to meetings and field sites as required.
Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals.
- Strong academic background in relevant engineering fields.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Willingness to undergo a background investigation for security clearance.
