Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of up to ten engineers.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to provide feedback and support.
- Mitigate technical and personnel issues, escalating as necessary.
- Collect and analyze annual feedback for compensation and promotion suggestions.
- Identify resource gaps and support hiring efforts, including interviews and feedback.
- Collaborate with peers to share resources and meet program objectives.
- Support direct program work while prioritizing team development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
- Minimum of 6 years of work experience in a related role.
- Experience as a project lead or equivalent.
- Preferred 2 years of CAM (cost account manager) experience.
- Previous technical leadership experience, including mentoring.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a security clearance.
- Willingness to maintain a security clearance.
