Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of up to ten engineers.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to provide feedback and support.
- Advocate for team members in staffing meetings.
- Mitigate technical and personnel issues and escalate as needed.
- Collect and combine annual feedback for compensation and promotion suggestions.
- Identify resource gaps and support hiring efforts, including interviews and feedback.
- Ensure team success and alignment with company goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
- Minimum of 6 years of work experience in a relevant role.
- Experience as REA, project lead, or equivalent.
- Preferred: 2 years of CAM experience and previous technical leadership experience.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a security clearance are mandatory.
- Willingness to apply for and maintain a security clearance.
