Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of support for the Manufacturing Engineering team
- Act as the liaison between design engineering, programs, manufacturing, and supply chain
- Identify improvement opportunities and execute initiatives to reduce lead time and labor hours
- Monitor and improve manufacturing and supply chain metrics related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost
- Simplify work processes and automate actions to enable manufacturing and supply chain autonomy
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert for training requirements and capability expansion
- Troubleshoot manufacturing and supply chain issues and implement corrective actions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
- 3+ years in manufacturing and/or supply chain
- 3+ years in engineering
- 1+ years of experience leading a team of engineers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, PowerBI)
- Competent with CAD software (Solidworks/Altium preferred)
