Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of support for the Manufacturing Engineering team.
- Act as the liaison between design engineering, programs, manufacturing, and supply chain.
- Identify improvement opportunities and execute initiatives to reduce lead time and labor hours.
- Establish, monitor, and improve manufacturing and supply chain metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Simplify work processes and automate actions to enable manufacturing and supply chain autonomy.
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert for training and capability expansion.
- Troubleshoot and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of manufacturing and supply chain issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- 3+ years in manufacturing and/or supply chain.
- 3+ years in engineering.
- 1+ years of experience leading a team of engineers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, PowerBI).
- Competent with CAD software (Solidworks/Altium preferred).
