Responsibilities
- Learn and understand various metrology instruments and their capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to create measurement plans.
- Maintain the metrology lab and equipment for accurate data collection.
- Interpret drawings according to ASME Y14.5-2009 and develop measurement plans.
- Identify trends in metrology and make recommendations for the lab.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 6+ years of related technical engineering experience or equivalent.
- Proficiency in mechanical design using CAD software.
- Experience in dimensional metrology roles.
- Ability to read and interpret ASME Y14.5-2009 drawings.
- Experience in the consumer electronics or prototyping industry.
- Proficiency in using metrology equipment like coordinate measurement machines and 3D scanners.
