Responsibilities
- Import design databases from CAD systems and conduct finite element analyses independently.
- Perform drop and vibration modeling simulations to assess product durability.
- Conduct thermal and thermo-mechanical performance analyses.
- Simulate assembly processes to identify manufacturing issues.
- Execute Design of Experiments and sensitivity analyses.
- Develop constitutive models by fitting experimental data to material models.
- Create comprehensive technical reports documenting analysis methodologies and findings.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on industry experience with stress analysis.
- Minimum 3 years of experience using FEA software such as Abaqus or Ansys.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with CAD software including CREO or SolidWorks.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in linear and non-linear finite element analysis techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
