Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and excellent communication within the team.

- Maintain and manage Microsoft’s master electrical specifications.

Job Requirements
- Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field with relevant experience.
- Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM, and power analysis software.
- Experience in designing electrical systems for datacenters.
- Licensed Professional Engineer in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Knowledge of industry standards and building codes.
- Ability to lead teams and conduct equipment reviews.
