Responsibilities
- Manage site quality systems (QMS) development and continual improvement.
- Oversee customer failure analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct reliability activities during new product introduction.
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001 and AS9100 certifications.
- Develop and implement new processes, including documentation and training.
- Monitor and evaluate internal production processes and conduct audits.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and address quality issues.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
- 5+ years of management and supervisory experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with Six Sigma and 8D methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and independent work capability.
- Familiarity with PCB manufacturing and reliability management.
- Proficient in data analysis and statistical software (e.g., Minitab).
