Responsibilities
- Drive design wins to revenue applying the Microchip Total System Solutions approach
- Develop custom embedded firmware solutions to support customer designs
- Provide in-depth engineering support and assist customers with hardware and software development
- Adapt existing reference designs to address specific customer needs
- Engage primarily with clients in the computing industry
- Travel to receive training or support other regions as needed
- Establish trust and credibility with customers and regional teams
Job Requirements
- BSc or BEng in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience with embedded system design
- Strong problem-solving and system debugging skills
- Experience with embedded microcontrollers, C programming, and RTOS
- Knowledge of electrical engineering concepts and hardware design
- Proficient written and verbal skills in English
- Ability to work effectively with Field Sales colleagues and teams
