Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering, certification, and product management teams to deliver wireless technology features.
- Solve complex, system-level issues across multiple components.
- Create development and compliance schedules based on device requirements and business needs.
- Communicate program status and deliver on validation schedules with stakeholders.
- Drive clarity and measure metrics with data engineering.
- Coordinate engineering deliverables including specifications and test plans.
- Set milestones, communicate project statuses, and address potential setbacks.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a technical program manager in wireless products.
- 10+ years of experience in a cross-functional software environment or equivalent.
- Knowledge of software development processes including source control and bug tracking.
- Experience in collaborative cross-functional team environments.
- Familiarity with the phase-gate approach to technology development.
- Understanding of wireless systems and embedded device architectures.
- BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
