Responsibilities
- Set strategy and define roadmaps with research and engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain overall program schedules based on feedback from various work streams.
- Partner with technical leads to establish program strategy and prioritization.
- Identify resource needs and maintain visibility of multiple projects.
- Proactively address technical and programmatic risks and issues.
- Develop best practices for research development processes.
- Coordinate communication between internal and external teams.
Job Requirements
- BS in relevant engineering or scientific field with 7+ years of experience.
- Experience in driving programs in a research environment.
- Project management and cross-group technical collaboration experience.
- Knowledge of display and/or optics development and manufacturing processes.
- Experience managing cross-team budgets and gathering requirements.
- Autonomy in operating across multiple teams with critical thinking skills.
- Preferred: Graduate degree and experience in consumer electronics or optics system engineering.
