Responsibilities
- Work with research, engineering, and business teams to set strategy and define program milestones.
- Develop and maintain an overall program schedule based on feedback from multiple work streams.
- Partner with technical leads to establish program strategy and prioritization.
- Identify resources needed and maintain visibility of multiple projects.
- Proactively identify and drive solutions for technical and programmatic risks.
- Work cross-functionally to develop best practices in a quickly-changing environment.
- Coordinate communication between internal and external teams and report on program status.
Job Requirements
- BS in Display, Systems Engineering, Imaging Science, Electronics, Optics, or Physics with 7+ years of experience.
- Experience in driving programs in a research environment.
- Project management and cross-group technical collaboration experience.
- Knowledge of display and optics development including manufacturing processes.
- Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
- Preferred: Graduate degree in an engineering or scientific field related to display/optics/imaging systems.
