Responsibilities
- Develop demo technical requirements for retail demo devices and oversee their deployment.
- Create training and documentation for developers and partners regarding demo best practices.
- Collaborate with Analytics teams to set KPIs and improve customer experiences based on engagement metrics.
- Execute multiple retail demo content and software updates throughout the year.
- Partner with sales teams to address issues and create technology solutions for retail environments.
- Build and track program budgets and manage relationships with technical vendors.
- Ensure alignment between regional marketing teams and the core Demo team for demo installations and updates.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical project/product management or equivalent.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering.
- Understanding of hardware and software development processes.
- Experience with bug and project tracking tools such as JIRA and Asana.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in a complex environment.
- Ability to manage conflict and stakeholder issues effectively.
- Preferred experience in developing software for retail environments and knowledge of interactive display technologies.
