Responsibilities
- Develop demo technical requirements for retail demo devices and oversee product launches.
- Create training and documentation for developers and partners on demo best practices.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to define KPIs and improve customer experiences based on engagement metrics.
- Execute multiple retail demo content and software updates year-round across VR.
- Assist in evaluating and selecting retail demo content.
- Build and track program budgets and manage relationships with technical vendors.
- Partner with marketing teams to ensure demos meet retailer specifications.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical project/product management.
- Understanding of hardware and software development processes.
- Experience with bug and project tracking tools such as JIRA and Asana.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in a complex environment.
- Effective conflict management skills among stakeholders.
- Preferred experience in developing and deploying software in a retail environment.
