Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of cross-functional products and initiatives across software, hardware, core technologies, and business teams.
- Solve complex technical, organizational, and operational challenges across the Wearables portfolio.
- Develop and manage end-to-end technical product solutions, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Drive and influence technical and product strategy by identifying risks and developing mitigation plans.
- Identify and drive improvements to software development processes at scale.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, influencing leadership and technical management teams.
- Build relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and with partners in different time zones.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, hardware engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management.
- Knowledge of software and hardware development for consumer devices.
- Experience delivering complex technology programs from inception to delivery.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for large-scale systems.
- Experience defining strategic direction and identifying new opportunities for impact.
- Preferred: Graduate degree in related fields and experience in shipping AR/VR products.
