Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain real-time dexterous manipulation pipelines for robotic platforms.
- Lead the design and integration of motion capture and data collection systems.
- Deploy and iterate on learned control policies within full robotic systems.
- Optimize system performance and reliability, debugging complex behaviors.
- Set technical direction and influence project priorities through system understanding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities.
- Mentor engineers and drive improvements across teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in robotics engineering with hands-on work.
- Experience with machine learning systems in robotics.
- Full-stack systems engineering experience with software-hardware integration.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Strong communication skills for technical decision-making across teams.
- Preferred: Master's or Ph.D. in relevant fields and experience with AI technologies.
