Responsibilities
- Define, document, implement, and maintain a Product Quality Plan (PQP) for manufacturing.
- Qualify manufacturing processes in development and mass production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on specification reviews.
- Assess and collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality adherence.
- Establish traceability throughout the hardware product supply chain.
- Analyze test data using statistical methods to identify compliance issues.
- Develop tools and processes for efficient requirements definition and testing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (must be completed prior to joining).
- 2+ years of experience in product engineering or a related field.
- Experience working with minimal guidance and with Quality tools.
- Experience debugging hardware failures and identifying root causes.
- Familiarity with consumer electronics, aerospace, automotive, or medical devices industries.
- Preferred experience with high volume consumer electronics products.
