Responsibilities
- Define, document, implement, and maintain a Product Quality Plan (PQP) for manufacturing.
- Qualify manufacturing processes in development and mass production.
- Conduct specification reviews and set standards with cross-functional partners.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Establish traceability throughout the hardware product supply chain.
- Improve functional and cosmetic yields with internal teams and external vendors.
- Analyze test data using statistical methods to identify issues and ensure compliance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
- 2+ years of experience in product engineering or a related field.
- Experience working with minimal guidance and with Quality tools.
- Experience debugging hardware failures and identifying root causes in relevant industries.
- Preferred experience with high-volume consumer electronics products.
