Responsibilities
- Define, document, implement, and maintain a Product Quality Plan (PQP).
- Qualify manufacturing processes in development and mass production through measurement and analysis.
- Review specifications and set standards with cross-functional partners.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Establish traceability throughout the hardware product supply chain.
- Analyze test data using statistical methods to identify issues and ensure compliance.
- Resolve Product Quality issues impacting factory, supply chain, or field using Quality tools.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant technical field (must be completed before joining).
- 2+ years of experience in product engineering or a related field.
- Experience working with minimal guidance and with Quality tools.
- Experience debugging hardware failures and identifying root causes in relevant industries.
- Preferred experience with Asia high volume manufacturing and statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with Quality Analysis tools (8D, PFMEA, Fishbone, RC/CA, etc).
