Responsibilities
- Lead all analog and power system architecture for battery-powered products.
- Create power models to estimate battery usage and design power circuits.
- Perform schematic capture and power delivery network simulation pre and post board layout.
- Characterize power consumption and battery performance during New Product Introduction (NPI) builds.
- Root-cause and solve technical issues during new product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product design.
- Evaluate innovative solutions for cost, size, efficiency, safety, and reliability.
Job Requirements
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in low power design in consumer electronics.
- Knowledge of power conversion characteristics and battery management systems.
- Experience with printed circuit board (PCB) technologies.
- Preferred: 8+ years of experience and advanced degrees in related fields.
- Experience in system integration and leading technical teams.
- Familiarity with power measurement and simulation tools.
