Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution for early-stage robotics hardware programs.
- Manage prototype sourcing and logistics for program needs.
- Lead evaluations of hardware CapEx and OpEx decisions.
- Facilitate logistics for prototype part movement.
- Manage distribution of prototype hardware and maintain documentation.
- Own hardware budget tracking and reporting.
- Communicate program status and risks to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-experts.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration.
- Experience in managing complex dependencies.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces.
- Preferred qualifications include MBA and PMP experience.
