Responsibilities
- Act as the single-threaded program owner for NPI builds in the Supply Chain organization.
- Liaise between Meta’s Supply Chain and internal/external partners for covered programs.
- Drive build readiness and manage daily build issue debug cadence.
- Identify and manage program risks, ensuring communication across teams.
- Oversee program communication strategy and execution.
- Drive factory ramp readiness with engineering and manufacturing partners.
- Identify operational pain points and implement improvements across processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in computer hardware and/or networking manufacturing.
- Experience in NPI product life-cycle and program management.
- Technical background in engineering or manufacturing in AI, compute, or networking.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain roles throughout NPI phases.
- Proven communication and presentation skills.
- Preferred: M.S. in hardware engineering or related discipline.
