Responsibilities
- Act as the single-threaded owner for NPI builds, managing overall schedule and readiness.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners.
- Drive build readiness, including supply chain deliverables and issue resolution.
- Manage program risks and communications across teams.
- Ensure factory ramp readiness with engineering and manufacturing partners.
- Identify operational pain points and drive improvements in processes.
- Travel domestically and internationally as required (50%).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in computer hardware and networking manufacturing.
- Expertise in NPI lifecycle and program management.
- Technical background in engineering or manufacturing related to AI, compute, or networking.
- Strong skills in communication and presentation.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain roles in NPI phases.
- Preferred: M.S. in hardware or manufacturing engineering, bilingual (English/Spanish).
