Responsibilities
- Act as the single-threaded program owner for NPI builds in the Supply Chain organization.
- Manage overall schedule, build and test readiness, and program communications.
- Liaise between internal and external partners for program execution.
- Drive manufacturing, test, and material readiness.
- Identify and mitigate program risks while communicating effectively across teams.
- Oversee factory ramp readiness in collaboration with engineering and manufacturing partners.
- Identify operational pain points and implement improvements across processes and workflows.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in computer hardware and networking manufacturing.
- Experience in NPI product lifecycle and program management.
- Technical background in engineering or manufacturing in AI, compute, or networking.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain roles throughout NPI phases.
- Proven communication and presentation skills.
- Preferred: M.S. in hardware engineering or related discipline.
