Responsibilities
- Manage cross-functional execution of NPI and mass production initiatives for consumer electronics devices.
- Establish and lead on-site bring-up and integration activities.
- Drive supplier readiness activities and development builds.
- Communicate risk and status to management and present options for resolution.
- Lead tactical execution of go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure product cost, manufacturability, reliability, and compliance goals are met.
- Drive Operations team towards factory readiness with manufacturing partners.
Job Requirements
- BS or higher in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years' experience in an Operations-focused Program Management role for consumer electronics.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, particularly in Excel.
- Knowledge of product specifications, manufacturing processes, and supply chains for consumer electronics.
- Experience managing external suppliers and manufacturers.
- Proven project management experience with cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
