Responsibilities
- Drive tooling, molding, and secondary operation activities for program objectives.
- Create and maintain program schedules while tracking progress and identifying risks.
- Direct internal and external resources for successful program execution.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain partners to meet targets.
- Ensure engineering build and mass-production readiness for Mechanical Components.
- Drive Failure Analysis Corrective Action and yield improvements.
- Travel internationally up to 20%.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years in manufacturing mechanical components in Plastics Molding and Tooling.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
- Experience launching high cosmetic consumer electronics products.
- Knowledge of GD&T, data analysis, and statistics.
- Proven project management experience (Planning, Cost, & Delivery).
- Ability to operate in an ambiguous, deadline-focused environment.
- Preferred experience with root cause analysis and data analysis using JMP.
