Responsibilities
- Drive tooling, molding, and secondary operations to meet program objectives.
- Create and maintain program schedules, track progress, and identify risks.
- Direct internal and external resources for successful program execution.
- Collaborate with engineering and supply chain partners to meet targets.
- Drive engineering build and mass-production readiness for Mechanical Components.
- Lead Failure Analysis Corrective Action and yield improvements.
- Travel internationally up to 20%.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing mechanical components.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
- Experience launching high cosmetic consumer electronics products.
- Knowledge of GD&T, data analysis, and statistics.
- Proven project management skills in planning, cost, and delivery.
- Experience with plastic and metal part defects analysis.
- Preferred PMP Certification and knowledge of various molding processes.
