Responsibilities
- Drive tooling, molding, and secondary operations to meet program objectives.
- Create and maintain program schedules, track progress, and identify risks.
- Direct internal and external resources for successful program execution.
- Collaborate with engineering and supply chain partners to meet targets.
- Ensure engineering build and mass-production readiness for mechanical components.
- Drive failure analysis corrective actions and yield improvements.
- Travel internationally up to 20%.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years in manufacturing mechanical components, particularly in plastics molding and tooling.
- At least 5 years of project management experience.
- Experience launching high-cosmetic consumer electronics products.
- Familiarity with global supply chains and project coordination with Asia-based manufacturers.
- Knowledge of GD&T, data analysis, and statistics.
- Proven project management skills in planning, cost, and delivery.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with minimal supervision.
