Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of experienced TPMs to support infrastructure growth.
- Identify and analyze complex infrastructure challenges and define strategic plans.
- Develop partnerships with technical and non-technical roles across the organization.
- Coach and develop TPM talent while leading targeted hiring efforts.
- Foster a customer-centric product development team with effective communication.
- Mentor the team in identifying technical problems and creating roadmaps.
- Align and guide cross-functional teams to drive technical outcomes to completion.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in hardware engineering or technical program management.
- 4+ years of experience in a managerial role leading TPMs or engineering managers.
- Experience leading large-scale technical programs from inception to delivery.
- Proven ability to build relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and drive results.
- Experience in Hardware New Product Introduction (NPI) and hardware development life cycle.
