Responsibilities
- Drive hardware and technology teams through phases of engineering design, development, and validation for MR products.
- Provide technical ownership and guidance for hardware product decisions.
- Manage all aspects of system engineering from requirements definition to risk mitigation.
- Develop processes for documentation and cross-functional alignment in product development.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration for decision making and innovative solutions integration.
- Plan and execute verification and validation strategies for hardware systems.
- Manage data-driven methods for developing system requirements and verification deliverables.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in integrated hardware and software product development.
- Demonstrated experience in full-life cycle product launches.
- Proven technical proficiency in hardware disciplines like electrical and mechanical engineering.
- Solid leadership skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills for testing, debugging, and root cause analysis.
- Proven ability to convey complex technical concepts and align on product requirements.
