Responsibilities
- Lead hardware and technology teams through all phases of engineering design, development, and validation for mixed reality products.
- Foster strategic relationships with cross-functional peers to define product requirements and architecture.
- Provide technical ownership and guidance for critical hardware product decisions.
- Collaborate across all levels of management and individual contributors.
- Drive business results and optimize overall objectives while cultivating a collaborative environment.
- Execute validation and verification activities for new product integration.
- Identify trends and systemic issues and drive resolutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
- 10+ years of experience in integrated hardware and software product development.
- Expertise in full-life cycle product launches.
- Proficiency in one or more hardware disciplines such as mechanical engineering, product design, or systems engineering.
- Leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional technology teams.
- Proficient communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts.
- Preferred: Master's or Ph.D. degree and previous experience in AR/VR or wearables.
