Responsibilities
- Drive hardware and technology teams through engineering design, development, and validation for MR products.
- Provide technical ownership and guidance for hardware product decisions.
- Oversee all aspects of system engineering from requirements definition to implementation.
- Develop processes to ensure documentation and cross-functional alignment during product development.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and decision-making for innovative solutions.
- Plan and execute verification and validation strategies for hardware systems.
- Manage data-driven methods for developing system requirements and verification deliverables.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in integrated hardware and software product development.
- Experience with full-life cycle product launches.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive projects with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in hardware disciplines such as electrical engineering and systems engineering.
- Strong leadership skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Analytical skills for test, debug, and root cause analysis for hardware components.
