Responsibilities
- Drive hardware and technology teams through engineering design, development, and validation for Mixed Reality products.
- Provide technical ownership and guidance for hardware product decisions.
- Manage all aspects of systems engineering from requirements definition to implementation and risk mitigation.
- Develop processes and documentation to ensure alignment and execution in product development.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration for decision making and integration of solutions.
- Plan verification and validation strategies with cross-functional teams.
- Utilize data-driven methods for developing system requirements and verification deliverables.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in integrated hardware and software product development.
- Experience managing urgent projects and balancing priorities.
- Proficiency in hardware disciplines such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, display, optics, and systems engineering.
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading technology teams.
- Analytical skills for testing, debugging, and root cause analysis.
- Proven ability to convey complex technical concepts and align product requirements.
