Responsibilities
- Drive hardware and technology teams through engineering design, development, and validation for Mixed Reality products.
- Provide technical ownership and guidance for hardware product decisions.
- Manage all aspects of system engineering from requirements definition to implementation and risk mitigation.
- Develop processes and documentation for product development and verification.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration for decision-making and integration of solutions.
- Plan and drive verification and validation strategies for hardware systems.
- Manage data-driven methods for developing system requirements and verification deliverables.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years in integrated hardware and software product development.
- Experience managing urgent projects and balancing stakeholder priorities.
- Proven technical proficiency in hardware disciplines such as electrical engineering and systems engineering.
- Solid leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills for testing, debugging, and root cause analysis.
- Proven ability to convey complex technical concepts and align product requirements.
