Hardware Operations Program Manager- Robotics

The Hardware Operations Program Manager at Meta’s Reality Labs will oversee the execution of early-stage robotics hardware programs, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary engineering organization to ensure operational needs are met.

• Drive end-to-end execution for early-stage robotics hardware programs.
• Manage prototype sourcing and logistics for program needs.
• Lead evaluation of major hardware CapEx and OpEx decisions.
• Facilitate logistics for prototype part movement.
• Manage distribution of prototype hardware and inventory tracking.
• Own hardware budget tracking and reporting.
• Communicate program status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program or operations management.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-experts.
• Proven detail-oriented and organized work ethic.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience managing complex dependencies and resolving conflicts.
• Experience with AI tools for workflow optimization (preferred).
