Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution for early-stage robotics hardware programs.
- Manage prototype sourcing and logistics.
- Lead cross-functional evaluations of major hardware decisions.
- Facilitate logistics for prototype part movement.
- Manage distribution of prototype hardware and track inventory.
- Own hardware budget tracking and reporting.
- Communicate program status and risks to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management or operations management.
- Strong communication skills for technical information.
- Ability to operate independently and manage complex dependencies.
- Proven interpersonal skills for collaboration.
- Experience in navigating ambiguous problem spaces.
- Preferred qualifications include an MBA and PMP certification.
