Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional core team spanning hardware, software, core technology, content, operations, marketing, legal, and finance
- Own the program schedule from pre-concept through launch, managing key program milestones
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the program
- Proactively identify and drive resolution of critical program risks/issues
- Manage cross-functional dependencies
- Establish best practices and key performance indicators for success
- Distill complex topics into clear communications for stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years experience as a technical program manager in consumer electronics device development
- Experience in process definition/improvements and program management tools
- Proven team leadership and decision-making skills
- Experience presenting to groups and operating autonomously across multiple teams
