Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing operations to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and operational efficiency
- Partner with the Manufacturing Engineering team to identify and implement process improvements
- Participate in team meetings to contribute to product and process improvement initiatives
- Interpret, analyze, and summarize large datasets to support decision-making
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities beyond predefined KPIs
- Conduct statistical data analysis and create clear charts, dashboards, and reports
- Analyze equipment performance and utilization to support continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university program pursuing a bachelor's in engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related technical discipline
- A minimum GPA of 3.1 is required
- Working knowledge of statistics and data analysis concepts
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab or similar software) is preferred
- Self-starter with the ability to proactively collaborate with teams outside of the immediate group
- Ability to translate technical and analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences
