Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to manage new product development and lifecycle management projects.
- Oversee operational aspects of ongoing projects and act as a liaison between project management and line management.
- Manage the development and implementation of products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams.
- Review project statuses, budgets, and manage schedules while preparing status reports.
- Monitor project progress from initiation through delivery and assess project issues.
- Develop mechanisms for tracking project progress and problem-solving with project managers and stakeholders.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that end products or processes meet business needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of program/project management experience in a highly regulated industry, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience.
- 7+ years of experience leading programs in the medical device or healthcare industry is preferred.
- Experience in leading technical programs and cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed environment.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and project management.
- Ability to develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals.
- Familiarity with project monitoring mechanisms and requirements management.
- Capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
