Responsibilities
- Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts.
- Review non-conformances and perform root cause analysis.
- Create processes supporting lean principles to minimize waste.
- Design sequence of operations for fabrication tools and equipment.
- Inspect performance of databases, equipment, and tools.
- Develop manufacturing processes for statistical process control.
- Provide guidance on design concepts and specifications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 0 years of experience.
- Experience in continuous improvement projects.
- Knowledge of GD&T and problem-solving tools (e.g., MINITAB, SIX SIGMA).
- Experience with manual and automated manufacturing equipment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management skills to keep projects on track.
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
