Responsibilities
- Serve as the foremost district expert on stapling technologies.
- Provide hands-on training and clinical support to surgeons and surgical teams.
- Lead the introduction and execution of robotic hybrid bedside procedures.
- Initiate and execute district-wide market development programs.
- Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a presence in robotic procedures to deepen expertise.
- Achieve sales quotas and improve new business conversion ratios.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 7 years of medical device sales experience.
- Proven track record in sales within the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of clinical environments and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze business trends and develop actionable strategies.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
